Certified public accountant, tax accountant. Born in 1983. After graduating from Keio University’s Faculty of Science and Technology, entered Chubu Electric Power Co., Ltd., KPMG AZSA LLC and SCS Global Group International Accounting Office (Singapore and Hong Kong) before entering RESON PARTNERS.
Specializes at accounting and taxation in general, focusing on M & A procedures in Japan and abroad, accounting / tax compliance for inbound of foreign-affiliated companies, and support for overseas expansion of Japanese enterprises and individuals.

Takafumi Okamoto

Born in 1986.
After graduating from the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics of Saitama University, engaged in tax practice at a tax accountant corporation in Tokyo, and joined Aoyama Trust (current RESONE PARTNERS) in March 2015.

Extensive knowledge of corporate and personal taxation. Highly evaluated for knowledge of property taxes (inheritance tax, gift tax).

Specializes at cross-cutting taxation such as owner company and business succession.

Masato Yamagishi

After graduating from Sophia University Graduate School of Law, joined Aoyama Trust (current RESON PARTNERS) in May 2012.

In charge of accounting and taxation for a wide range of clients including general operating companies, investment funds, medical corporations, NPOs, commercial cooperatives and individual business owners. Particularly, has big experience in fund administration for PE funds.
